 | Walaa Amer Qatar Science and Technology Park Walaa Amer, Qatar Science and Technology Park: Walaa is the Engagement Manager at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP). She leads the development and implementation of successful projects with business partners in an effort to attract and retain FDI in QSTP. Walaa holds 18 years of experience in project, program and resource management while working at QSTP, Hewlett Packard (HP) and PRI. Through her work with QSTP, she managed to develop and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders to leverage the QSTP brand. These relationships resulted in incorporation, national and international engagements, and long-term partnerships. Walaa earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin, USA and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Georgia State University, USA and. Prior to his current role, Mohammed worked for the Technical Committee for the Motivation and the Participation of the Private Sector in Economic Development of Qatar, in the Prime Minister’s Office. Before that, Mohammed served as an Architectural Engineer at the Public Works Authority – Ashghal.
